This project involved pitching a design concept for the official application of Kai Tai Sports Park, Hong Kong's largest sports park. The goal was to inspire users to embrace this exciting new sports destination. My design approach focused on creating a unique user flow that guided users through a journey of education, customization, onsite usage, encouragement, habit building, and loyalty, ultimately encouraging them to revisit the park and prioritize their health and fitness. The app incorporated a rewards system linked to users' steps and exercise records, providing an incentive for active participation. We also embraced augmented reality (AR) functions to create surprise elements and engaging talking points for users. Within a limited timeframe, I was responsible for the user experience strategy, user flow, information architecture, concept and layout design. In the project, I am in charge of stratgy and art direction, I also managed other designers to produce the website layouts, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling user experience.
